On Tuesday, November 13th we're hosting a new pop-up event with Laotian concept Sap Lai. Chef and owner Tee Somsnith grew up eating and loving traditional Laotian and Thai food of her youth. After working in a Vietnamese restaurant at the young age of 16, eventually moving from server to cook, Tee settled in Charleston. Frustrated wit the lack of authentic Asian food in the area, Tee began catering through her company Sap Lai, which literally means "delicious" in Laotian and northern Thai dialects. Her menu for the pop up will include:

All food, plus beer and wine, will be available a la carte; first come first served.
