Kick your New Years resolutions into high gear with the help of chef Tina Singleton of Transformation Table. Born from the idea that food has the power to bring people together from all walks of life, Transformation Table hosts intimate, diverse community dinners and cooking classes designed to help individuals incorporate more raw, living and plant-based foods into their diets.
We're partnering with Tina to offer four classes in January and February at The Daily to guide you to a path of healthy, clean eating and living. Gain confidence in the kitchen with instruction covering everything from knife skills to equipment use (blenders and food processors) to light cooking techniques.
For the third class in our series, you'll discover how alive food can be. Tina will be joined by Jonathan Cox of One Love Kombucha for a class on all things fermented. This class presents the basics of raw fermentation that will help you incorporate healthy fermented foods into your everyday life. From ferments like beet kvass to veggie ferments to fermented cheese and dessert!
Admission includes instruction and food, as well as a welcome drink - organic biodynamic wine, beer, cider or cold-pressed juice - tax and gratuity. Guests will also leave with recipes to try at home.
